This is a free, non-competitive, 500-Meter fun run open to all children ages 2-7.  The fun run will take place just before the start of the main events.  Participants will receive ribbons and mini-goody bags at the finish line.

There is no pre-registration for this event. Check-in will be at the Lil' Stingers help desk on race day.

The Lil' Stingers Fun Run is sponsored by White County Memorial Hospital.

You will start/finish at the Bee Hive following an out & back route.  This is a fast course, straight and flat.  Split times will be announced at the first and second mile markers with two water stations located on the course.

Trophies will be presented to the over-all female and male champions and by the following age divisions:

5K Run Division Awards:  1st, 2nd, and 3rd
 Female:  14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 & over
 Male:  14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over
5K Walk Division Awards:  1st, 2nd and 3rd
 Female:  19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over
 Male:  29 & under, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over

 

10K runners will start and finish on the same course as the 5K following an out & back route.  Miles 3 and 4 offer moderately challenging hills.  Split times will be announced at the first, third, and fifth mile markers with three water stations provided on the course.
